Why does my site have a grey question mark or red cross beside it in google and the other search engines when I have Norton anti virus software installed?
Norton Safe Web toolbar application will either add a green tick, grey question mark or redcross depending up if its been validated by norton.
To get your site validated you will need to create an account at the following link and follow their verification procedures: http://safeweb.norton.com
