To transfer your domain name over to SiteWizard please contact your existing Web designer/domain registration company and ask them to do the following:

1. Change the admin contact on the domain to support@sitewizard.co.uk
2. Remove any transfer locks that have been placed on the domain
3. Email the auth code for the domain to support@sitewizard.co.uk

If you could email us once this has been done that would be excellent.

(We also require an auth code from your old ISP for any .info/.biz/.org domain names)

Please be sure that the admin contact on your domain is a current, valid email address or set to support@sitewizard.co.uk. When the transfer has been approved, the current registrar will then email the admin contact giving them the option to reject the transfer. This whole process usually takes around 3-5 days to complete but can take up to 10 days in some cases.

If you transfer your domain to SiteWizard please be aware you will need to reconfigure your email program to receive emails from our servers, also if you are using an IMAP email account please ensure all email is backed up locally before transferring the domain to ourselves.
