Incoming POP/IMAP Server Limitations

Please see the below limitations for incoming; 

  • Each mailbox has a capacity of 1GB by default. This can be increased to 2GB and then extra 2GB increments (max 10GB) for an extra charge. Please speak to your account co-ordinator to purcahse an upgrade.
  • If your mailbox has reached its limit you will no longer receive emails and emails will start to bounce back to the sender. These cannot be recovered.
  • As part of our server house keeping mailboxs which have not been checked for 100 days will be automatically deleted. (This can not be changed).

When you have reached 90% capacity, you will receive an email stating that your mailbox is near is maximum size limit. When receiving this email YOU will have to delete emails from our server by the webmail interface.
