Step 1
Open IncrediMail and Click Tools and Accounts.

In the Mail Accounts window click the Add button.

Click Let me configure settings myself, then click Next. Enter either your name or your company name into the Your Name Is box and the email address of the account that you are setting up into the Your email address box. Then click Next.

Step 4
Make sure that POP is selected as the incoming mail server type in the drop down box at the top. In the Incoming mail server box enter the address of the incoming server specified in the email sent to you. Enter the SMTP server of your internet provider (Please click here for a list of common smtp servers) in the Outgoing mail server box. Then click Next.

Step 5
Delete anything that may be in the user name box and enter the username and password specified in the email sent to you into the Username and Password boxes. Then click Next, then Ok.

SMTP Set Up

Step 1
Open IncrediMail and Click Tools and Accounts.

Step 2
In the accounts window click the SiteWizard account you need to edit and click Properties.

Step 3
Click the Servers page then enter the outgoing server specified in the email sent to you into the Outgoing mail server box. Next tick the My server requires authentication then click the More Settings button.

Step 4
Tick Log on using and enter the username and password specified in the email for the SMTP server into the Username and Password boxes and click OK. Then click OK, OKand then Close.
