How to set up email accounts in Outlook 2003.
Step1
Open up Outlook 2003 and select the Tools menu and then click on Email Accounts.
Step 2
Select Add A New E-mail Account and then click the Next button
Step 3
Select the POP3 option and then click the Next button
Step 4
Enter all the account details as specified in our email. The outgoing SMTP will need to be provided by your internet connection provider (Please click here for a list of common smtp servers) Make sure you tick the Remember Password box. Do not tick the Log On Using Secure Password Authentication box.
Step 5
Click on the Next and then select the Finish button.
Step 6
To test you account press the Send/Receive button.
