Anchor Links
This guide will talk you through adding anchor links to a page. These are links within a page. So you could have links at the top of a long page to specific parts of the page for example.
To add anchor links to a page the best thing to do is get all the content on to the page and styled up before try to aff the links.
First you need to insert the anchor. To do this move the cursor to the place you want to link to.
Then click on the insert/edit anchor button (the icon for it has an anchor on it).
This will open the Anchor Properties box. In here type in a unique name for the anchor and click ok.
Now you need to link to this anchor. Highlight the text that you want to be the link.
Click the insert/edit link button (the icon for it is a world with a chain along the bottom).
This will open the Link Properties box. From the link type drop down select Link to anchor in the text. Now you need to select the name of the anchor (the name you entered earlier) that you want to link to from the Select Anchor By Anchor Name drop down.
Now click ok. This has added the link. Click on save changes to update the page.
