Hi guys, A friend of mine, who has held an account with you for a number of years, has asked me to help him add some more content and add Google Analytics to his site. I'm pretty well versed in web development, so agreed. I've copied and pasted the Google Analytics code into the footer of his HTML templates in your CMS, but Google isn't recording any data. I can only assume this is due to the way your system works, as I've landed on the site a few times since implementing the code and none of my page impressions have been recorded. The code has been present in the CMS for 2 weeks. Any advice you can offer on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for you time and assistance, Aaron Yates		Answer

When updating resources for my website I changed old files with new ones. I clicked save and it noted changes were made. When I view the updates while I am still logged into the website to update the changes were made. If I visit the website regularly the changes were not made and it notes files are not found. What can I do to correct this so when visitors visit the website looking for these forms?		Answer

At the point of completing my new host company said that the admin email attached to the domain was info@sitewizard.co.uk If I atempt to complete the transfer, the confirmation email will be sent to info@sitewizard.co.uk Will you be able to reply and confirm? Or do I need to change the admin email address from info@sitewizard.co.uk to my own email address?		Answer

Dear Sir or Madam, Our website www.banksr.co.uk is designed and hosted by site wizard. We would like to add a new book for our visitors to purchase. Presently the existing books appear in a panel on the right hand side of the home page, we would like to add another book below these with a click to buy button. We will then need a new page describing the book and added to the menu on the left, this would appear relatively straghtforward and we assume that the book will also need to be added to the Single Copies folder within Categories/Products as we have not done this before perhaps you could tell us if it will be possible to add the volume discount breaks when we enter the product here these are: 1 copy £34, 2-3 copies £33, 4-7 copies £32, 8-15 copies £31, 16-25 copies £30, 26+ copies £29. The right hand panel of the home page appears on every page of our site so presumably it is some form of template or css applied to every page? We can find no entry within either the System Pages or the CMS Pages that appears to correspond to the home page right hand panel, or is this something you will need to edit for us? We are in a bit of a hurry about this as we will have the book for sale next week, so a quick response from you will be greatly appreciated.		Answer

Hello, I would like to ask whether it is possible to add options which are themselves products and have independent stock levels. Eg I am selling a bra with 10 sizes and each size has its own stock level. But in addition I can set up an option to buy the matching brief with 3 sizes and specific stock in each size. Can the system show the customer the stock level of the bra size separately from the stock of the brief? If I set both options to control stock I think it will not work as I may have only 1 size Large brief and I cannot add it to every bra size option. However they are using Card save for the terminal and want to use the Cardsave payment gateway on their website/websites. I was looking through the services and notice you don’t integrate? Not sure wheter you can help with this or not! My email works perfectly everywhere except when I am at home using my Orange Livebox when I can only receive email but not send. Is there a quick fix to this? If I change the outgoing server to that supplied by orange it works fine at home but then everywhere else I can only receive email but not send.
