Step 1

Open Entourage and then click Tools and Accounts.

Step 2

Click on the New button, this will open a new window.

Step 3

Select POP3 and click OK.

Step 4

Enter your name into the Account name and Name boxes. Enter the email address that you are setting up into the E-mail address and Account ID boxes. Enter the incoming mail server as in the email that we have sent into the POP server box. Enter the password into the Password box as in the email we sent. Enter the outgoing mail server as in the email we sent into the SMTP server box.

Step 5

Click the Click here for advanced sending options button and tick the SMTP server requires authentication box then click back into the Edit Account window and click ok. Then close the Accounts window.
