Email Accounts In Outlook 2010 (Beta)
Step 1
Click on File and then Account Settings. This will drop down a menu, click on Account Settings.

Step 2
This will open the Account Settings Window. In here click on New.

Step 3
Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click next.

Step 4
Select "Internet E-mail" and click next.

Step 5
Fill in the details as they appear in the email that we have sent you. It should look like the screen shot below:

Step 6
Now click on More Settings and then the Outgoing Server tab. Tick the "My outgoing server requires authentication" box then click ok.

Step 7
Then click on Next and Finish. Now close the Account Settings window. Your new email account is now set up.
